Octopus of moderate size is undergone a strictly controlled steaming process to make it crispy, moist, delicious, and fresh. Just thaw and eat.
 
A traditional dish from the region of Galicia "Pulpo a la Gallega"  is octopus served with sliced cooked potatoes, smoked paprika and olive oil, with a pinch of sea salt & few drops of lemon juice at the end. That is an easy yet delicious tapas.
