It is naturally aged using only sea salt, garlic, and Spanish paprika. The moment you bite into the casing, the aroma of meat, smoke, and spices burst in your mouth, perfectly releasing the natural sweetness and layers of flavour from the aged pork fat.
Each bite is perfect for enjoying on its own with Manchego cheese and red wine; due to its all-natural ingredients, it's also ideal for sprinkling on pizza or cooking with scrambled eggs, releasing the purest and richest smoky pork fat aroma when heated at high temperatures.
