Instruction:

  • Thaw the duck breast with foie completely in advance.
  • Take out from plastic bag and remove the yellow covered oil.
  • Reheat the duck breast with foie for 2-3 minutes by using low heat.

**Be careful that the foie will melt due to overheating **

Portion: 4-5 person

Dish: Eat directly or with salad, on top with balsamic vinegar. Serving with wine is the best option!!
