The gentle smoky aroma intertwines with a mellow, slightly salty flavor, accompanied by a subtly acidic fermented umami. The texture is smooth, and the fat melts in your month, releasing a bold and profound classic flavor profile.

It pairs well with Manchego cheese and red wine on its own, or is used in a baguette, sprinkled on pizza, or cooked with scrambled eggs.
