  • Logistics Arrangements
    With purchase of $1000 or above, we will provide free delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon area or New Territories area (*some areas are excluded). Otherwise a delivery charge of $60 in Hong Kong, Kowloon area or New Territories area, will be applied to purchase less than 1000. Free delivery applicable to single delivery address only and do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Additional charge will be applied to atypical time in case.
  • Order cut-off time
    No order will be accepted after 3 pm on weekdays, and we close on Saturday & Sunday. Goods will be delivered in 2-3 working days. Order received after 3pm will be treated as the next day order.
  • Adverse Weather Arrangements
    Please note adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our reasonable control may result in occasional late or cancelled delivery.
  • Remote Areas Arrangements
    Free delivery is not available to the following locations: Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma ChauClosed Area Lo Wuk, Po Toi, Tung Lung Chau, Grass Island, Crooked Island (Kat O) Tung Ping Chau, Mui Wo, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Tai O Lantau Island, SHEK O, SAI KUNG (Outside Tai Mong Tsai Road), Lau Fau Shan Lung Kwu Tan, Lam Tsuen Yuen Long, Lam Tsuen Tai Po, Lion Rock, Kam Shan Tai Mo Shan, Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng **Hong Kong remote area may have a particular delivery time, please feel free to contact our staff for further information.
  • How to return
    After receipt, please check the goods clearly, if there is any omission, please contact us at 3118 1676/ WhatsApp 6380 3635 immediately, we will make arrangement as soon as possible. We would only accept if customers reflect the quality problems or complaints about the food within 2 days of receipt. In general, there is no exchange or refund after goods delivery.
