Ingredients:
Diced Iberico Ham 50g
Pork Shank 225g
3 Slices of ginger
4 Dried Mushrooms
2 Fuzzy melon
1/4 tsp salt
6 cups of water
1 Chinese date
Method:
1.Soak Dried mushrooms in water until soft. Sliced pork shank and add soy sauce. Cut diced ham into smaller piece. Rinse fuzzy melon and peel the skin, and then cut into large pieces.
2.Boil water and add ginger in a pot, after boiling, add Fuzzy melon and dried mushrooms boil on medium-low heat for about 25 minutes.
3.Add sliced pork and diced ham,boil for 10mins on medium heat , seasoning with salt and serve
