Spanish Iberico Pork Shoulder Loin-Pluma (450g)
The pluma is very similar to the presa — albeit less marbled — in that it can be griddled or grilled with your favorite seasonings It’s a small, tender cut from near the shoulder.
Shoulder Loin is made from Ibérico pigs.
Pluma Iberica or “feather” in Spanish are cut from just behind the neck and are unbelievably tender. Iberico Pork contains a high content of oleic acids (monounsaturated fatty acids).

1.) Keep refrigerated at -18°C
2.) Open and Defrosted kepp refrigerated between 0°C + 4°C.
3.) Use within 3 Days after defrosted
4.) Do not freeze once thawed
5.) Raw meat for cooking
