Frozen Pre-Cooked Suckling Pig Roll
Boneless, meltingly tender inside and super crunchy outside, the perfect description of La Quinta de Tabladillo’s roast suckling pig roll, the dish all the great chefs turn to when it comes to delighting their guests.
1.) Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
2.) Open the plastic package and place the meat on a baking tray.
3.) Pour a bit of water onto the baking tray.
4.) Place in the oven pre-heated to 220°C and bake for approximately 45 – 50 minutes.

1.) Keep refrigerated between 0°C + 4°C.
2.) If you acquired the product frozen, defrost it in the refrigerator for at least 24h. Once defrosted, do not freeze it again.
