Frozen Pre-Cooked Suckling Pig-Quarter
Our smallest cut, the quarter roast suckling pig, is just perfect for 3 servings. Juicy and succulent, it couldn’t be easier to turn in the oven and roast all over. A foolproof solution for the perfect meal.
1.) Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
2.) Open the plastic package and place the meat on a baking tray.
3.) Pour a bit of water onto the baking tray.
4.) Place in the oven pre-heated to 220°C and bake for approximately 45 – 50 minutes.

1.) Preserve at -18°C.
2.) If you acquired the product frozen, defrost it in the refrigerator for at least 24h. Once defrosted, do not freeze it again.
