El Mundo, a local Spanish newspaper, listed out 10 most difficult restaurants to get a table in the weekend. As I was going to Madrid, I quickly made reservation with one of them, Bacira restaurant. It is a contemporary fusion restaurant.
That night, it was full of nice surprises. My most unforgettable dish is beef tripe in curry. I found it not as heavy as all the other curries I have tried. Curry should be filling but I could not stop myself from digging into it. I asked the waiter what are the ingredients. No wonder! The chef put a Peruvian herb and I think this is the best curry I have ever tried.
